In the early days of our nature trail, students could use the old car as a bridge (it often needed reinforcement). So we called it the "Monte Carlo Bridge."

The car has seen much better days, and certainly cannot be used as a bridge. Today, vegetation grows and water flows right through it.

Ever wondered how the old Monte Carlo car landed on old Bayou Pierre,
right off our trail? We want you to use your imagination and write a poem or a short story about how you think the car got there.
